Mission and Role
NetGalaxy Academy is a specialized educational structure directly connected to the NetGalaxy Project. Its primary mission is to prepare highly qualified candidates for active participation in the project by providing the essential knowledge required for the sustainable development of the community implementing it and its economy. Despite this core mission, the Academy’s doors are widely open. Anyone who wishes to acquire conscious and in-depth knowledge in the fields it offers may enroll in one of the training centers of NetGalaxy Academy. The courses are suitable for students, professionals, and institutions seeking knowledge beyond the scope of classical state education.
Status and Development
This key project within the NetGalaxy Project package is currently under development. Nevertheless, the Academy will begin operating and accepting learners as soon as the first course is created, gradually expanding its activities with new programs. This approach will ensure its dynamic and up-to-date development, fully aligned with the needs of the NetGalaxy community.
Structure and Legal Framework
NetGalaxy Academy will operate under the legal structure of the NetGalaxy Foundation. Within the foundation, a Central Academic Administration (CAA) will be established as its specialized department. The CAA will be responsible for developing, approving, and standardizing the academic programs, as well as creating academic training centers functioning as its directorates.
Each directorate will oversee one training center where instruction is carried out in a specific designated language. The administrative body of the center will be called the Secretariat, responsible for organizational tasks: coordination with instructors, processing applications, preparing examination procedures, and maintaining official documentation.
Instruction itself will be conducted by qualified individuals or legal entities. Candidates wishing to organize courses must submit an application to the Secretariat, which performs an initial review and forwards the documents to the CAA for final approval.
Approved candidates will receive an agreement jointly signed by the Secretariat and the CAA, clearly defining their rights and obligations for conducting authorized courses within the Academy. Through the Foundation, the Secretariat will provide approved instructors with the necessary technical infrastructure — servers, websites, administrative profiles, and supporting systems.
Training Format
The primary mode of study at NetGalaxy Academy will be online, providing maximum flexibility and enabling participation from anywhere in the world. Examinations will be conducted mainly online through the infrastructure provided by the Foundation. For courses that will require practical or in-person examinations, the academic secretariats will organize examination sessions in the respective countries, following the standards approved by the CAA and appointing examination committees in accordance with the established procedures.
The final confirmation of results and the validation of issued certificates and diplomas will be carried out by the NetGalaxy Foundation through centralized systems for verification and electronic verification of document authenticity.
Enrollment Rules
Enrollment in the courses of NetGalaxy Academy will be carried out primarily online through the self-enrollment system of the secretariat of the training center that provides instruction in the desired language. Candidates aged 14 and above will be able to enroll independently, while children under 14 will be enrolled by their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with applicable national and international regulations regarding online education for minors.
Identity verification will be part of the enrollment process. For most courses, it will be conducted online using electronic authentication methods. For courses with stricter requirements, identity verification may be required through a NetGalaxy Club or an institution authorized by the CAA. Members of the NetGalaxy community who have already completed an identification procedure will be able to enroll automatically in all academies through their membership profile.
Some specialized courses—such as those intended for senior leadership positions or those requiring the signing of confidentiality agreements—may require additional identification or in-person verification at a NetGalaxy community club or an organization authorized by the CAA. Enrollment in certain courses may also require the completion of prerequisite courses or possession of formal state education.
After approval by the secretariat of the respective training center, candidates will be issued a membership profile within its learning system. Through this profile, they will be able to enroll automatically in the selected courses. The membership profile is valid only for the specific training center and does not provide access to the secretariat’s website or to other centers within the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Enrollment in a training center does not grant membership in a diaspora or in the NetGalaxy community.
Courses may be either paid or free of charge. Access to paid courses will require successful completion of payment to the NetGalaxy Foundation, with funds being transferred automatically according to the contractual terms.
NetGalaxy Academy – Unity and Rapid Development
The NetGalaxy Academy project is being built as a new type of international digital center for knowledge, development, and the preparation of a new generation of conscious and responsible leaders. Through its centralized structure (CAA), flexible online format, and future legal stability under the NetGalaxy Foundation, the Academy offers not merely courses — it provides a sustainable, ethical, and high-quality educational pathway for anyone who wishes to take part in building the future.
This project is based on an enhanced learning system in which gifted and talented learners can progress rapidly toward completing professional qualifications and obtaining certificates, as well as prepare for specific job positions reserved for them. The system will make extensive use of artificial intelligence to generate learner-friendly images and animations that explain complex processes, to deliver lessons, and to assess knowledge. In this process, this website serves as the official information portal of the Central Academic Administration and the primary reference point for all academic structures of the project.
Temporary Institutional Responsibility
The NetGalaxy Academy project is currently under development, as is the future organization that will govern it — NetGalaxy Foundation. Until the Foundation is formally established and becomes fully operational, the administrative and organizational work related to the development of the Academy is carried out by the Belgian organization Club NetGalaxy FV. It serves as a temporary institutional structure responsible for maintaining the websites, preparing educational content, and coordinating all activities related to the creation of the Academy.
The authority of Club NetGalaxy FV is limited to organizational and technical management and does not include academic self-governance, approval of instructors, or the issuance of official academic documents. These functions will be fully assumed by NetGalaxy Foundation and its Central Academic Administration (CAA) as soon as the Foundation is officially established and enters into operational activity.
Until that moment, Club NetGalaxy FV retains the right to organize courses related to training personnel for the creation and maintenance of technical systems, for occupying positions and roles within the Foundation, as well as other preparatory training necessary for the realization of the NetGalaxy Academy project.
